TEACHING STUDIO
Anders has been teaching saxophone and ensemble work privately for over 30 years. He has been a teacher/clinician at a number of public and private schools and colleges in the Madison and Southern Wisconsin area.

Beloit College, The UW-Madison Summer Music Clinic, The UW-Madison Mini Courses, The Madison Pubic Schools, The Waunakee Summer Music Camp, The Memorial and East High School Jazz Bands, The Sun Prairie Band Booster Lesson Academy, Madison Country Day School, MATC, Highland Community College, Ward Brodt Music and The Eastwood School of Music.
On many occasions Anders had the pleasure of working with world-class clinicians such as saxophonists Frank Morgan, Greg Abate, Jon Irabagon and the author of Pepper Adams’ “Joy Road,” Gary Carner.
Anders teaches students of all ages and styles and if you are interested in taking lessons, please feel free to contact him using the contact form. For the 2022-2023 year he is teaching privately in person at Trinity Lutheran Church in Madison, WI on Mondays and Tuesdays. There is free parking, a waiting room (library), Wi-Fi and a coffee maker for parents that need to wait.
Lessons are normally 60 minutes long every other week. In some cases 30, 45 or 60 minute weekly lessons can be arranged as well. $50 per hour of instruction.
